Generator London – The Relaunch

The common misconception is that a hostel is nothing but small rooms, dirty floors and basic amenities. However since its 1995 launch, Generator London is just one in a list of hostel brands to pave the way and challenge the old school fallacy. The trendy hostel, located in Tavistock Place (WC1H 9SE), is now known for its contemporary interior choices and increasing number of upmarket hostels located throughout Europe.

Providing cash-conscious travellers with upmarket and affordable accommodation, Generator London has re-launched one of its most popular hostels, following a recent refurbishment project.

Generator London now proudly offers guests a new design, fun and modern, with minimalist yet playful designs that mingle traditional London to touches of playfulness. The bar, for example, has a bright double-decker bus protruding from one of the walls, and each floor is named after a fictional British character, from Poppins (3rd floor) to Ali G (right at the top on the 6th floor). Other on site facilities include a hip café, a lounge with a piano and several creative hangout spots, challenging many of London’s trendy accommodation alternatives.

The relaunch comes at a perfect time, with tourists and travellers seeking accommodation to match their tight holiday budgets.
