TinMan London is incredibly pleased to announce that menswear is starting the summer months in style, with this fantastic collaboration. Crooks & Castles have collaborated with images from the Parker Brothers’ infamous Monopoly board game, delivering an extremely fitting collection- think peanut butter and Jelly, it just works.
Taking strong influences from movies, rap music, comic books and sometimes every day life, the influence behind the brand began to emerge throughout the 80s and 90s. Crooks state that the idea behind the stimulus is very apt to the name. Starting with the idea of ‘Crooks’, the street wear brand explain that their protagonist behind the brand image is certainly a villain. They’re thinking, old school hustlers, thieves and modern day criminals, like particular loathed billionaires in society today ( I’ll leave you to create your own list). The foundation for the idea of ‘Castles’ is focused around the concept of hustlers getting rich by becoming a crook, stopping at nothing!
Be quietly confident in a Crooks X Monopoly ‘Make It Rain’ T-shirt showing Mr. Monopoly throwing endless cash in the air entertaining the Monopoly theme or, maybe the ‘Players Club’ tee is more your style. There is a diverse selection of products within this line that are simultaniously set to be released this summer, ranging from T-shirts, vests and flat caps. This cartoon spin on street wear is definitely for powerful go getters! Question is, have you got the doh to blow?!
